With the aim of providing guests with ample choice, the new, updated conference room at Ambre Resort Mauritius, is one of two exceptional conference rooms at the hotel. Both of the conference rooms are perfect venues, choosing which one to go for simply depends on your needs. 

The “Ambre Conference Room” is 155 sqm, while the freshly updated “Palmar Room” is a whopping 325 sqm. While both of them are fantastic options, the Palmar Conference Centre is specifically phenomenal and comes fully equipped. This space can be used for an array of indoor event types or functions—from banquets and festive Indian weddings to workshops, business events, conferences and indoor team building sessions, the options are practically endless.

No matter which setup you choose, if you book either of the conference venues, included in the fee are flip charts, markers, pencils and notepads, a podium, a bottle of water per person, DVD/CD players, stand microphones, the use of a basic PA system and access to the high-speed WiFi.

There is also additional equipment available for hire at Ambre. This includes wireless and hands-free microphones, an advanced PA system, custom podiums, extra sound and lighting equipment, laptops and printers, photocopying facilities, secretarial services and more.
