Native to Mauritius, Antoine Heerah has maintained a cheeky “joie de vivre”, which manifests itself in his huge smile. From his apprenticeships
in Paris – including L’Arpège with three-starred Chef Alain Passard – he has garnered a detailed knowledge of the best French products.
Combining his Mauritian and French cultures, the chef offers an inventive, unique and personal cuisine. He was awarded a Michelin star
in 2003.
He will lead the Tides Kitchen next January for a couple of days for a creative culinary journey with a perfect blend of his influences.
